Hot Power Flow
An energizing and athletic vinyasa class designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Hot Power Flow links breath with movement in a fast-paced sequence that challenges the body and clears the mind. Expect creative transitions, powerful holds, and opportunities to deepen your practice both physically and mentally.
Each class is uniquely guided by the instructor, offering variations and options so you can safely explore your edge and leave feeling empowered and refreshed.

Power Vinyasa
