Hot Yoga is more than just a workout—it is a way of life. Our team works hard to create an inviting environment for you to come in and just focus on YOU. Our instructors invest a lot in YOU—through developing and strengthening skills to help achieve your goals. Several of our staff do private classes as well. One-on-one is good if you are new to yoga or are just a little uncomfortable with getting started. All of our instructors are easy to work with and are a lot of FUN. We do suggest you start in no or low-heat classes and build up from there. This will give your body and mind an opportunity to acclimate to the heat.
We do specialize in heated classes—as the warmer temps make our muscles more pliable and allow for a deeper, safer, and more gentle stretch to better increase flexibility. It also detoxifies the body, which is ALWAYS a good thing.
