For an invigorating workout, try Meshelle's Hot Hatha - Sundays at 2pm. Hatha refers to the balance of the sun (active, hot) and the moon (receptive, cool) within all of us. Build a Solid Foundation

Hot Yoga 101 offered two times per week.
Thursdays at 7:30pm and
Saturdays at 10:30am.

We welcome all levels in all our classes, but if you're new to yoga or need a refresher course or just want more in-depth instruction then Hot Yoga 101 is for you!

Hot Yoga for Athletes

If you're an athlete make sure to check out our Hot Yoga for Athletes - Sunday at 6pm. As an added benefit, Karen's Wednesday class at 4:30 is included. This dynamic class, works small tendons and muscles essential for stability and correct form for all athletic endeavors. Karen, an accomplished Ironman triathlete will help you improve your performance by increasing your strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration!
